Will my license stop working after the expiring date?
Yes, the content you have already inserted will not be removed and will continue to be visible on your site, but you may be partially or fully prevented from making changes to the features you have built with our plugin.
How much does additional support cost for the lifetime licence?
Technical support for subsequent years is available for a fee and may vary depending on the offers available on our website. The current cost of additional support for Starter and Enterprise licences is EUR 19 and EUR 39 per year, respectively, and can be purchased close to the expiry date. Users must purchase Renewal Support before the expiration of the previous support period to ensure continued support.
